Baby, Autumn & Other things

I am 39 weeks pregnant!! Praise The Lord!! I am due the 24th (or 18th by the sonogram measurements)

During these final weeks, baby experiences rapid growth, my eating habits become more important than ever. Continuing to take my prenatal vitamins and boost my iron intake. Also, drinking lots of water is still important -- this can help to prevent dehydration during labor.



39 weeks is awesome! DO NOT GET ME WRONG... I really want him to come now... actually for awhile, lol...... but i am SOOOO VERY GRATEFUL that he is safe & healthy I was 2 weeks early with Elijah and thought I was going to be about the same with Noah but he is still not here! God blessed Elijah with health, too... I have been very upset because I have been with Grandpa for about 11 days and haven't been wanting to impose on him any longer.. he has been MORE than wonderful to take care of Elijah and me. Look at these old pics of Grandpa & Elijah!

Grandpa lives 1 minute from the hospital here in San Angelo and that is why we are here.. instead of 1.5 hours away in Brownwood! I have really been seeking God about it and had an amazing prayer time today and God really revealed Himself to me about a lot of things and now I just really trust Him like never before about everything and especially the birth of our baby boy! I know that God has this.... duh.. but you know!!!!!!!! I WAS Going to be induced on Tuesday but decided against it to go natural. Noah will come when Jesus is ready and I know he will work out what Grandpa needs to do for Thanksgiving (he is going to Andrews to be with some of our relatives and I don't want to ruin that by being late... trusting God!)

Elijah and I have been collecting fall leaves (will put into a placemat when we get home) Today we went on a walk (i began slowly walking today..... it felt amazing! I went slow bc I have to watch blood pressure. I felt the release to walk now...praise God) and we also found an acorn & some pretty pink rose petals have flown into Grandpa's yard so we got one.


I saw Wayne last Sat. night then he came yesterday early and spent all day.. fun! Then this morning before church he left:( ..I love that awesome guy!!!!!!!!



Tonight we watch the Dallas Cowboys.. yeah!! They're the only team i've ever really rooted for and I know they're not doing the best right now but I love 'em! Just one of those things you keep doing bc you always have, LOL.



Something I have been reading is THE SHACK... lovin' it so far... it's Emily's and i'm trying to hurry and read it before the baby comes so i can pass it on to Mom & girls. I am also reading Grandmother's Thomas Kincaid journal..... she was so beautiful. I miss her terribly!
